Post a callout on $LASTCALL and hold. Every 5 minutes one random caller wins 50% of the prize wallet.

Entering

1Hold at least $5 of $LASTCALL on pump.fun. Pump.fun only lets holders post callouts, and the keeper reads your position value from pump.fun.
2Post a callout on the coin's pump.fun page. The text can be anything. You never touch this site.
3One entry per wallet. Pump.fun allows one live callout per coin per user, and every entrant has the same odds.
4Your callout stays in every draw while it is live and you hold at least $5. Sell out and pump.fun hides it, so you drop out.
5The keeper re-reads every callout on the coin every few seconds. The list it holds when the clock hits zero is the list that gets drawn.

1Draws run every 5 minutes, on the clock.
2At zero the keeper sorts the entrants by wallet, takes a finalized Solana blockhash, and picks entry number sha256("blockhash:draw") mod entrants. The blockhash and the full list are on each draw page, so anyone can recompute it.
3No entrants means no draw. The prize stays in the wallet for the next one.

1The team sends a share of the coin's creator fees to the prize wallet (Epo44Pi8LiK9GqLdgoMujswt1oC13nUyXsYqAebv483V).
2Each winner gets 50% of the prize wallet in SOL, after a small reserve for fees. The rest keeps the next draws funded.
3Payouts are plain SOL transfers to the wallet pump.fun shows on your callout. Every payout signature is on the draw page.
